Constraints

Budget sensitive – Its overkill for customers to pay for

• Separate products from different vendors – paying for overflowing list of features (most of which are never really needed.)
• Certified expert deployers needed for these products deployment.
• Product Licensing and other upgrade charges.

Complexity sensitive

• Not keen on setting up network support team.
• Inter-operability issues.
• Want one window solution – manageable by internal team.

Existing ‘Managed network’ products focus on high budget, complex deployment, multi-vendor network kind of customers.
